Terms of use
Galy is a conversational strategy coach: you describe your company, it builds a tree of objectives with you. This page says what you get, what we ask of you, and what we do not promise.
What you get
- A workspace, and its owner. Whoever opens a workspace owns it: they invite, they revoke, and every access leaves a line in that workspace's own log.
- The free tier, and where it stops. It opens on its own and holds up to 250 key items — objectives, key results, briefs and specs together. Past that, writing is refused: nothing is billed behind your back.
- No commitment. No contract is signed, and no payment method is asked for or kept. The four levels, and what each one costs: Pricing.
What the coach is, and what it is not
Its answers come from a language model. It proposes, it is sometimes wrong, and you are the one who decides. An objective Galy drafted is still yours: it is not legal, accounting or financial advice, and it replaces nobody whose job that is.
What you put into it
- What you write stays yours. It is neither sold nor handed over for advertising purposes.
- What you write to the coach goes to Anthropic so that it can answer you, and your voice goes to OpenAI when you dictate. So put in only what you are allowed to hand to an outside service. Everything that leaves this instance, derived from what it actually has configured: Where your data lives, and what leaves.
- You can ask for your workspace as a file: a SQL export that other tools know how to open. On the shared tier it is bounded to your own rows, and the file says so in its own header.
What we ask of you
- Sign in as yourself. There is no password to pass around: a link sent to your address, or your Google or Microsoft account.
- Another customer's workspace is not yours to visit. The product stands in the way; trying anyway ends your access.
What we do not promise
- No availability figure. None is promised as long as none is written into a contract, and no contract exists today.
- The product changes under you: we ship to production several times a day. What changed is dated, and what was repaired is said too. What is new.
- The free tier shares a database with other workspaces. What separates yours is the column that names it plus the filters that carry it — a database of your own is one level up.
Leaving
Ask for the export, then ask for the deletion. A workspace we delete is deleted outright, with everything it held: its conversations, its objectives and its key results.
